Company Description
So far, ATA has scored well in China's computer-based testing market. The company creates and administers computer-based tests for professional licensure and certification through a network of more than 1,800 test centers in China, earning a 30% market share in the country. ATA also provides career-oriented, test-based training and education programs, as well as test preparation courses for individual customers. Clients include professional associations, various agencies within the Chinese government, and IT services companies. Chinese government agencies and educational institutions controlled by the government account for almost half of the company's revenues. The company filed its IPO in 2008.
