Company Description

AGRI Industries is a grain farmer-owned cooperative that supplies its Midwestern US members a wide range of products and services necessary for grain production. Its offerings include farm equipment, financial services, and grain agronomy, marketing, storage, and transportation. The co-op also owns Mrs. Clark's Foods, a producer of bottled juices, mayonnaise, and other condiments for US food retailers and the foodservice industry. Its other divisions are AGRI Terminal (fertilizer storage and handling), AGRI Financial Services (equipment lease financing), and AGRI-Bunge (a grain-marketing joint venture with Bunge). AGRI Industries' member-farmers are located in Iowa, Illinois, Nebraska, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.
