AGRI Industries is a grain farmer-owned cooperative that supplies its Midwestern US members a wide range of products and services necessary for agricultural production. Its offerings include farm equipment, financial services, and grain agronomy, marketing, storage, and transportation. The co-op also owns Mrs. Clark's Foods, a producer of shelf-stable juices, salad dressings, and condiments for food retailers and the foodservice industry. Its other divisions are AGRI Terminal (logistics), AGRI Financial Services (equipment lease financing), and AGRI-Bunge (a grain-marketing joint venture with Bunge).
