Dinamia would like to speak to you en privado. Spain's first publicly traded private equity firm (it had its IPO in 1997), Dinamia Capital Privado seeks out controlling stakes in established private companies on the Iberian peninsula. It typically targets service firms valued between €50 million and €300 million and holds onto its investments for around five years. Dinamia's portfolio is invested in about 15 companies and a private equity fund; it is overseen by asset manager N+1 Capital Privado, which is responsible for investment selection, management, and exit strategy and usually takes a seat on the board of portfolio companies. Dinamia raised some €40 million in 2009 for making new investments.
