It typically targets service firms valued between €50 million and €300 million and holds onto its investments for around five years. Dinamia's portfolio is invested in about 15 companies and a private equity fund; it is overseen by asset manager N+1 Capital Privado, which is responsible for investment selection, management, and exit strategy and usually takes a seat on the board of portfolio companies. Dinamia raised some €40 million in 2009 for making new investments.
