MCBC-UK operates three brewing facilities in Alton, Burton-on-Trent, and Tadcaster. It was formed in 2002 when the former Adolph Coors Company (now known as the Molson Coors Brewing Co.) purchased the former business of Bass Brewers. MCBC-UK generates about one-third of its parent's sales.
