Banco Espírito Santo de Investimento (Espírito Santo Investment Bank in English) is the investment banking arm of Banco Espírito Santo, one of Portugal's largest banks. Espírito Santo Investment Bank deals in capital markets, corporate finance, securities, leveraged finance, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity. In late 2010 it bought a 50% stake in Execution Noble, a London-based investment bank and brokerage group with a dozen branches around the world. The investment bank now has international branches in Angola, Brazil (where Banco Bradesco owns a minority stake), Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Poland, Spain, the UK, and the US (New York). It is ultimately owned by Espírito Santo Financial Group.
