Cooks kick it up a notch on Low Temp Industries' (LTI) commercial chef's counters and dish tables. Constructed of stainless steel, the tables and counters outfit the kitchens of restaurants, hospitals, schools, and cafeterias. The chef's counter can be custom built for the customer to include a variety of food warmers, shelves, self-contained sandwich units, cutting boards, and a sink. LTI also manufactures custom serving counters for dining areas and automatic dish conveyors with washing systems. LTI was established in 1947 as Low Temp Manufacturing by William B. Casey (Bill), his sister Bertha Casey Hammonds, and his brother-in-law Ed Rawls.
