Icelandic (usa), Inc. Company Profile
Once known as Icelandic USA, ISF (USA) has shortened its name but not its fish tale. The company is the largest producer and distributor of frozen fish fillets to the US foodservice market, comprising restaurants Red Robin and Cracker Barrel, schools, and military cafeterias. It also supplies retail and club warehouse stores, Kroger, Costco, and Sam's, in the US and Canada. In addition to fillets, ISF offers such value-added processed products as frozen breaded fish fillets, crab cakes, ready-to-eat shrimp, and every kid's favorite -- fish sticks. The company does business as Iceland Seafood, a licensed brand of High Liner Foods, which acquired ISF and ISF's Asian sister operations from Icelandic Group in 2011.
