Located in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, Dickinson College is a private liberal arts college with a penchant for international study. The small but selective college has an annual enrollment of some 2,400 students, half of which study abroad in programs that span 24 countries on six continents. The college offers more than 40 programs in arts and humanities (including a significant foreign language program), social sciences, and natural sciences. It also offers minors in fields including astronomy, creative writing, and film studies.
