The company provides cloud-based software that allows employers and insurance companies to manage their employees’ benefits, including health care, dental, life, and disability insurance. Its flagship product for insurance carriers, eEnrollment, enables members to enroll in insurance plans and administrators to manage the process. For employers, HR InTouch supports benefits administration for corporate human resources departments. Insurance customers include Aetna, Allstate, and Anthem, while corporate employers such as Brooks Brothers, Bon Secours Health System, and Trustmark use Benefitfocus.
