Tefen provides management consulting services through its subsidiaries. Services include consultation in setting up new operations, operational excellence, customer experience and service, supply chain optimization, and quality management. Tefen works for clients in the life science, health care, semiconductor, financial services, manufacturing, high tech, telecommunications, logistics, and food and beverage industries, including Eli Lilly, Applied Materials, AstraZeneca, Schering Plough, and National Semiconductor. The firm is approximately 30%-owned by Israeli engineering firm Baran Group. Tefen operates more than a half dozen offices in the US, Europe, and Israel.
