Schottenstein Stores is where the Schottenstein family stores its retail holdings. The investment firm owns interests in Value City Furniture (about 125 superstores located primarily in the Eastern US), about 5% of casual clothing chain American Eagle Outfitters (some 1,000 mall stores in the US and Canada), and global retail consultant and liquidator SB Capital Group. It also counts some 50 shopping centers among its holdings. Crystal maker Steuben Glass, which Schottenstein Stores acquired from Corning, is also part of its portfolio alongside luxe handbag maker Judith Leiber and Italian fashion brand Shiró in the Schottenstein Luxury Group.
