Ocean Wilsons Holdings concentrates on the Atlantic Ocean -- specifically, the coast of Brazil. The company provides maritime services through three divisions: towage and shipyard; port operations and logistics; and ship agency (services to ships in port). Ocean Wilsons also owns a stake in a company that provides services to offshore oil producers. Ocean Wilsons invested more than $23 million in 2010 to acquire Serveng Civilsan's 33% stake in Tecon Rio Grande, a container terminal operator with a 17-year lease contract to run the Tecon Rio Grand terminal at Rio Grande, Brazil. Ocean Wilsons Holdings was founded in 1837 by brothers Edward and Fleetwood Pellew-Wilson.
