Magyar Telekom also controls fixed-line and mobile telecom service companies in the Eastern European countries of Macedonia and Montenegro. The Deutsche Telekom subsidiary's services are branded as T-Mobile, in case Magyar Telekom is too hard to pronounce (Hungarians are known as Magyars).
