Chief among its holdings is Italcementi (in which it holds a 59% stake), a top concrete maker. Italmobiliare also holds stakes in food packaging and thermal insulation manufacturers, financial services, and banking companies, the latter primarily consisting of Finter Bank Zurich and Crédit Mobilier de Monaco. It also has smaller stakes in property, services, and other businesses. Italmobiliare's subsidiaries have operations throughout Asia, Europe, and North America.
