Its other products, including dried potatoes au gratin, mashed, scalloped, and stuffed, are made for club store, retail food, and foodservice purveyors. Idaho Supreme also makes packaged pasta dinners, as well as dehydrated sliced and diced potatoes for industrial food-manufacturing companies. In addition to its own Idaho Supreme brand, the company manufactures potato products for the Dollar Store under the Alpine Foods label.
