Frugi Venta wants to help its members vend more fruits and vegetables in the Netherlands and beyond. Frugi Venta, which was founded in 2000, is a marketing association that represents more than 500 Dutch fresh-produce grower/members. The organization lobbies government bodies for trade policies beneficial to its members, and works to promote other benefits for the Dutch fresh-produce sector, for example by improving the industry's logistics operations. Affiliates of Frugi Venta offer discounted telecommunications, food safety monitoring, and other services to members by engaging in collective purchasing.
