FedEx Custom Critical, a subsidiary of FedEx, specializes in surface-expedited freight delivery services when time is of the essence. It operates throughout North America. Transportation is provided door-to-door, with no intermediate handling, by a fleet of about 1,400 vehicles owned and operated by independent contractors.
