Farstad Oil is a regional wholesale petroleum products distributor, serving customers in North Dakota, Montana, Minnesota, and Wyoming. The company, a subsidiary of holding company SPF Energy, wholesales about 250 million gallons of gas and fuel, 20 million gallons of propane, and 2.5 million gallons of lubricants each year. Its Minot operation is the largest lubricant plant in the region.
