A leading oil and gas exploration and production company, it has proved reserves of 16.4 trillion cu. ft. of natural gas equivalent and holds 7.9 million net acres of land in Canada and the US. Its prolific gas plays include the Bighorn Deep Basin in western Alberta, the Piceance Basin in Colorado, the Jonah play in Wyoming, and the Haynesville Shale play in Texas.
