Comcar also provides logistics, tractor and trailer leasing, and warehousing services, through units such as Comcar Logistics, Commercial Warehousing, and Super Cool Cold Storage. Guy Bostick, father of CEO Mark Bostick, founded Comcar in 1953. The Bostick family owns the company.
