The builder of affordable single-family homes is one of the largest homebuilders in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and one of the top 100 in the country. It has built in more than 130 communities in the Lone Star State (concentrated in Amarillo, Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, and Lubbock) and in Georgia (Atlanta, Athens, and Macon). However, growth is now focused in Dallas and Houston. Homes typically range in price from about $110,000 up to $250,000. Move-up homes priced between $180,000 and $350,000 are sold under the Parkmont Homes brand. The company has built more than 39,000 homes since it was founded in 1987.
