Overview
Test tubes, Bunsen burners, and chemicals are among the essential elements of Chemspec International. As a manufacturer of specialty chemicals, the company makes fluorinated chemicals used for a variety of purposes, including the development of other chemicals, and in the manufacture of products such as electronics, pharmaceuticals, and pesticides. It currently operates four plants in China but is in the process of designing and building two new plants. The company serves customers in the agriculture, pharmaceutical, and other industries and exports primarily to Europe, the US, and Japan. Chemspec was founded in 1996 and went public in 2009.
