CFLPA Company Description
The Canadian Football League Players' Association acts as a union representing the interests of the professional sports league's players in negotiations with the Canadian Football League. Each of the league's teams (the BC Lions, Calgary Stampeders, Edmonton Eskimos, Saskatchewan Roughriders, and Winnipeg Blue Bombers in the West division, and the Hamilton Tiger-Cats, Montreal Alouettes, Ottawa Renegades, Toronto Argonauts in the East division) elects two representatives to serve on the Board of Player Representatives. The Players' Association has been in existence since 1965.
