Overview
There's no uncertainty about CertainTeed's business. A subsidiary of French industrial giant Compagnie de Saint-Gobain, CertainTeed makes building materials for both commercial and residential construction. Products include fiberglass insulation, asphalt roofing shingles, gypsum wallboard, fiber cement siding, foundations, fencing, pipes, PVC trim, and composite decking and railing. The company sells its products under the Bufftech, CertainTeed, Form-A-Drain, Prestige, and Wolverine brands. CertainTeed operates more than 70 manufacturing plants in the US and Canada.
