16 November 2009 - US lender Capital One Financial Corp said that the charge-off rate on its US credit card portfolio decreased to 9.04% in October. In September, the indicator, which shows borrowings that Capital One expects not to be paid off, stood at 9.77%. The firm's delinquencies of 30 days or more climbed to 5.72% from 5.38%. ()
