Canadian Natural Company Description
Canadian Natural Resources has exploited Canada's resources to become one of the country's largest natural gas producers. The company has large oil and natural gas holdings in British Columbia and Alberta, as well as in Saskatchewan. It also has holdings in the North Sea and offshore West Africa. In addition, the company has major interests in oil sands (bitumen) production in Canada. In 2008 Canadian Natural Resources reported proved reserves of 1.4 billion barrels of oil and natural gas liquids, and 3.7 trillion cu. ft. of natural gas, and produced an average of more than 565,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day.
