Calton develops residential communities and builds single-family residences through its Homes by Calton subsidiary. Active in coastal Florida's Vero Beach, the company offers some 15 floor plans for homes ranging in price from $425,000 to $775,000 and in size from 1,900 to 3,600 sq. ft. It also acts as a contractor for the construction of custom homes. The company delivers about 10 homes annually. Calton operates its own sales office within its development community.
