Residential land developer C. P. Morgan is one of the largest single-family homebuilders in the Indianapolis area. C. P. Morgan builds communities that are marketed primarily to first-time homebuyers. Its homes range in size from approximately 1,000 sq. ft. to 5,000 sq. ft. and in price from $80,000 up to $300,000. Since its founding in 1983, C.P. Morgan has built more than 25,000 homes in about 200 neighborhoods in Indianapolis and Lafayette, Indiana, and in Charlotte and the Piedmont Triad region (including Winston-Salem and Greensboro) of North Carolina, which the company entered in 2005.
