Bayer HealthCare operates through four divisions: Animal Health (veterinary drugs); Consumer Care (OTC meds); Diabetes Care; and Pharmaceuticals (represented by Bayer-Schering Pharma and Bayer Healthcare Pharmaceuticals). The company's better known products include Bayer Aspirin, Alka-Seltzer, One-A-Day vitamins, Cipro (used to treat anthrax poisoning, among other bacterial infections), Levitra (to combat erectile dysfunction), and the flea preventative Advantage.
