Bank BPH Company Description

Bank BPH provides banking services through some 200 branches throughout Poland. Services include capital market activities, retail and corporate business, security settlement, and trade finance. It also provides asset management services. Bank customers have free access to a network of more than 3,000 ATMs, including 200 owned by the company. The bank traces its roots to the 1989 creation of two banks, PBK and PBH, which merged in 2001 to create Bank BPH. In 2008 GE Money Bank S.A., the Polish division of GE Consumer Finance, acquired control of the bank from UniCredit.
