One of the world's top pharmaceutical firms, AstraZeneca specializes in drugs for gastrointestinal, cardiovascular, neurology, respiratory, infection, and oncology therapeutic areas. The firm's biggest seller is acid reflux remedy Nexium. For matters of the heart, AstraZeneca makes hypertension and heart failure drug Atacand and cholesterol reducer Crestor.
