Overview
ANF is breathing lifestyle back in to two of France's biggest cities. The real estate investment company leases and operates residential, retail, and office space in Lyon and Marseille. Most of the buildings ANF leases are located in city centers, with a diverse range of tenants including clothing retailers H&M, Mango, and Zara, as well condominium developer Pierre & Vacances. ANF's €1.5 billion ($2.2 billion) portfolio includes nearly 270,000 sq. meters of real estate, with an additional 150,000 sq. meters of undeveloped space. ANF also owns 161 hotel properties spread across France. ANF is majority owned by Eurazeo.
