American Public Education promotes military intelligence. The company offers online postsecondary educations to those in the military and public service (law enforcement) sectors through American Military University and American Public University. Together these two schools make up the American Public University System, which offers more than 50 degree programs and nearly as many certificate programs in such disciplines as business administration, criminal justice, intelligence, liberal arts, and national security. Enrollment consists of about 30,000 part-time students hailing from all 50 states and about 130 foreign countries, more than 80% of whom serve in the US military.
