American Bus Association Company Description
The American Bus Association (ABA) doesn't want its members taken for a ride. The trade association looks out for the interests of bus company owners and operators. It promotes and lobbies for the interests of the intercity bus industry and facilitates relationships between the North American motor coach and tour companies. The ABA also publishes Destinations Magazine. The organization has more than 3,000 members including about 1,000 motor coach and tour companies in the US and Canada. Other members include travel and tourism organizations and suppliers of bus products. The American Automobile Association started the organization in 1924 as a separate division of the AAA. It became a separate entity in 1926.
