BRIEF: Red River BMX track to host charity race [Grand Forks Herald (ND)](19 Jul 2008 04:00:00 EDT)Jul. 19--The Red River BMX track in Grand Forks will host a race at 11 a.m. Sunday to raise money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. The Race for Life event is part of a nationwide effort organized by the American Bicycle Association, said track manager Kelly Ohara. It costs $20 to take part in the race.

A total of 2,000 bicyclists competed Friday through Sunday in the Bicycle Motocross Summer Nationals at the Oak Creek BMX course on Riverside Avenue.
