The company is a leading supplier of operations support software (OSS) used by telecommunications service providers to deliver voice, data, and wireless services to their customers. Its applications help automate customer relationship management (CRM), sales, and billing operations. In addition to service operations, Amdocs provides publishing software for creating print and online directories. The company also offers outsourced customer service and data center operations. Amdocs gets about two-thirds of its sales in North America.
