Alteon Training Company Description
Student drivers are scary enough; good thing, there's school for student flyers in the form of Alteon Training. The company offers hands-on aviation training to would-be commercial pilots. A subsidiary of aerospace giant Boeing, Alteon uses realistic and high-tech simulators to provide training and certification courses for pilots, first officers, maintenance technicians, and cabin crew. The company maintains training centers in the Americas, Asia-Pacific, and Europe, with full-flight simulators for more than 20 models of commercial aircraft. Although it is the official training company for parent Boeing, Alteon also trains students to fly Airbus, McDonnell Douglas, and Fokker aircraft.
