Allgreen Properties invests in and develops commercial, residential, and retail properties, primarily in Singapore. It owns some 3 million sq. ft. of developable residential floor area. The company also offers property management services, construction management, and building supplies trading. A member of Singapore's Kuok Group, the company began life in 1986 as Allgreen Investments before being renamed Allgreen Properties Limited. Kuok Group owns more than one-third of Allgreen Properties; Kerry Properties controls about 20%.
