Afri-Can Marine explores for diamonds off the coast of Namibia, where it owns interests in some 25 licenses covering 10,000 square miles. It plans to develop deposits that appear profitable. On dry land, the company is also has an option agreement in the Haib Copper Concession in Namibia. To further its relations with the government, Afri-Can sold a stake to a not-for-profit corporation that represents four regional councils in the country.
