Affecto (formerly AffectoGenimpa) provides the information technology to help ensure Finnish companies don't finish last in the global marketplace. Affecto provides a variety of IT services and products, including business intelligence (BI), geographic information systems, enterprise content management, and human resources and payroll services. Clients include Nokia, ABB, Varma, and Talentum. In an effort to be a leading BI provider in the Nordic and Baltic regions and in Eastern Europe, Affecto acquired Finnish company ZenPark and Swedish firm Intellibis in 2006 and Component Software Group of Norway in 2007.
