Aecon Company Description
Aecon Group is both public and private about its road construction business. Aecon offers services such as public road and heavy civil construction, commercial construction, engineering, materials fabrication, and cable installation. Industrial operations range from fabricating specialty pipe to manufacturing steam generators. It also builds and operates toll roads. Evolving from the merger of several construction companies, Aecon was formed in 2001 with the union of two of Canada's largest construction groups, Armbro Enterprises and BFC Construction.
