Admiral Group uses a direct-to-consumer business model, selling policies online under a number of brand names including its largest, Admiral (aimed at the general consumer); Bell (low-risk drivers); Diamond (young women); and Elephant (bargain hunters). It also operates an online insurance broker called Confused.com and a commercial motor insurance broker called Gladiator.
