ADDvantage Company Description
ADDvantage Technologies has used change to its advantage. The company took its present form in 1999, when it bought Oklahoma-based cable TV parts and services provider TULSAT in a deal that gave TULSAT's owners control over the company. ADDvantage sells new and remanufactured cable TV equipment and provides repair services to cable operators. Its products include headend equipment (satellite receivers, amplifiers, and antennas), fiber products (couplers, optical transmitters), and distribution gear (directional taps, line extenders). ADDvantage gets more than 90% of its sales in the US.
