The company does build homes in northwestern Florida, but it also operates in other areas of Florida and in Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, Tennessee, and the Carolinas. Adams Homes constructs and sells pre-planned residential homes, specializing in homes for first-time homebuyers, young families looking for larger homes, and those looking to down size. Basic floor plans include about a dozen models ranging in size from 1,300 sq. ft. to more than 3,000. Adams Homes also offers warranty and mortgage assistance. President Wayne Adams founded the company in 1991.
