The company's Tight Lies fairway woods are designed to quickly lift a golf ball from any lie -- even from bunkers, rough, or divots -- and achieve longer distance. Adams Golf also sells drivers, wedges, and custom-fitted clubs. Sales to specialty retailers, mass merchants, pro shops, and sporting goods stores account for more than 80% of Adams' sales. In addition to endorsing its products, pro golfer Tom Watson assists in design and testing. Adams Golf was founded by chairman Barney Adams in 1987.
