Access Commerce thinks it’s good karma for companies to use Cameleon. The firm’s Cameleon software suite -- used in both direct and channel sales applications -- collects customer information, tracks sales, automatically transfers sales orders into work orders, and offers forecasting and sales pipeline analysis. The software is integrated with back-office systems and Internet sites. Access Commerce also provides consulting, integration, and support services through its Industry Solution Integration (ISI) unit. Customers include AREVA, Schneider Electric, and ThyssenKrupp. SPEF, a private equity firm affiliated with Natexis Banques Populaires, owns about one-third of Access Commerce.
