The company owned working interests in wells that produce from the Viking Formation. Chairman and CEO Alan Smith controls the company through Aeonian Capital Corp. In 2007 the company sold its oil and gas properties in Western Canada to Huntington Exploration in order to focus on a broader range of investment activities.
