The company, which is the world's largest publicly traded child care operator, provides day care through approximately 900 centers in Australia and New Zealand, and in the UK where it has nearly 50 centers that operate under the Busy Bees name. It also owns 40% of Learning Care Group, which runs more than 1,000 centers under the La Petite, Children's Courtyard, Tutor Time, and Montessori Unlimited names in the US. A.B.C. Learning provides programs for children who are infants as young as six weeks old up to preschool age children of four years and older; it also offers vacation care.
